To walk into Sephora® is to stumble into a beauty lover’s paradise. And, as if shelves adorned with colorful containers and palettes galore weren’t eye candy enough, the mega retailer recently hosted its second annual SEPHORiATM: House of BeautyTM. The event is a product-lover’s wonderland of sorts: More than 60 of the retailer’s most popular brands create colorful, immersive installations that serve as fodder for endless photo ops. To top it off, the event is a launchpad for some exclusive new products. From OUAI’s® new dry shampoo to a glittering Studio 54®-inspired palette from NARS®, keep reading to discover nine of the best new hair, skin, and makeup launches you’ll want to snap up, stat.
NARS is an inherently glamorous brand, and the new InfernoTM Eyeshadow Palette ($59) inspired by the retro rah-rah of Studio 54 is proof. There are 12 shades, alternating from fiery reds to glitter-packed golds. Each has a satisfying opaque color payoff that’s typical of NARS palettes; and, amazingly, even the sparkliest shades had minimal fallout when we swatched them.
Natasha Denona is known for her buttery, glamorous eyeshadow palettes, and the new limited edition MetropolisTM palette ($129) does not disappoint. There are a whopping 28 sunshiney shades that range from gold to orange to peacock blue.
The Gucci® FloraTM Emerald Gardenia fragrance ($78) contains an unexpected blend of watermelon, gardenia, and cedar. But the overall experience feels more like prancing through a field of flowers in the spring. Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait ‘til December for this one to actually hit shelves.
Briogeo® Don’t Despair, Repair!® Honey Moisture Deep Conditioning Mask ($36) is getting an adorable makeover. This bear-shaped vessel is packed with the brand’s cult classic hair mask, but with an additional dash of nutrient-rich honey to supply extra sheen.
Calling all Farmacy® fans: the brand’s lauded cleansing balm now comes in a version that’s spiked with acerola cherry. Not only does the ingredient smell amazing, but it’s also packed with brightening vitamin C. This one is limited edition, so, as with cherries, you’ll want to pick one up while they’re still in season!
Too Faced® served up holiday spirit with a sneak peek of its new gingerbread-themed collection. Even after the adorable gingerbread clutch becomes unseasonable, the spicy terracotta lipstick and cult classic bronzer can be worn well into the new year.
The long-awaited Urban Decay® Honey Palette ($49) made its debut at SEPHORiA in all of its gleaming golden glory. We also got a whiff of the new honey-scented All Nighter® Setting Spray, which works as hard as the original formula and delivers the sweet benefit of hydration, too.
